Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PenTeCon (the "Service", "Platform"), provided by PenTeCon Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.

2. Scope of Service & Diagnostics

PenTeCon provides external vulnerability scanning, exposure mapping, and digital footprint diagnostics. The results provided are for educational and risk-monitoring purposes only. Our diagnostics represent a snapshot of publicly exposed points and do not guarantee complete protection against all security threats or system intrusions.

3. Authorized Asset Scanning (Crucial Rule)

Important: You represent and warrant that you own or have explicit authorization to scan any assets (domains, subdomains, email addresses, servers) you register in the Service. Unauthorized scanning of third-party assets is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms, resulting in immediate account termination.

4. User Account & Security

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials you use to access the Service. You agree to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized breach of security or access to your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PenTeCon, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data exposure, system downtime, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) your access or use of the platform, or (ii) any vulnerabilities that remain undetected by our scanning algorithms.

6. Subscription & Billing

We charge subscription fees for access to high-volume scanning tiers. You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account in accordance with the billing terms in effect at the time the fee becomes payable. Payments are securely processed via Stripe, and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your billing portal.

7. Governing Law & Updates

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and the European Union. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any revisions by updating the date at the top of this page.
